Prewitt, N.M., Man Sentenced to Nine Years in Federal Prison for Aggravated Child Sexual Abuse Conviction

News Release: ALBUQUERQUE - Justin Kenneth, 21, a member and resident of the Navajo Nation who resides in Prewitt, N.M., was sentenced this morning to nine years in federal prison followed by five years of supervised release for his aggravated child sexual abuse conviction. He also was ordered to pay $2,411 in restitution. Kenneth will be required to register as a sex offender after he completes his prison sentence.
