The following hearings scheduled for the week of Sept. 30, 2013 have been postponed:

* Subcommittee on Higher Education and Workforce Training, “Keeping College Within Reach: Simplifying Federal Student Aid," Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2013. Rescheduled for Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at 10:00 a.m.

* Subcommittee on Workforce Protections, “Examining Recent Actions by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs," Wednesday, Oct. 2, 2013. Reschedule date to be determined.
