News Release: The Office of the United States Attorney for the District of Vermont stated that today Charles Hercules, 23, of New York, was sentenced by Chief United States District Judge Christina Reiss to thirty-nine months imprisonment on his guilty plea to a charge of conspiracy to distribute 100 grams or more of heroin. Chief Judge Reiss also ordered that Hercules serve three years on supervised release after his incarceration ends.
