News Release: ALBUQUERQUE - Chad F. Summers, 41, of Albuquerque, N.M., was sentenced this afternoon to 15 years in federal prison followed by a lifetime of supervised release. Bluff Trail Closed on Lookout Mountain Battlefield

News Release: Chickamauga and Chattanooga National Military Park is advising a portion of the Bluff Trail will be closed effective Feb. 10, 2014 and will remain closed until further notice. The section of trail that is closed is south of the Cravens House trail and north of Sunset Rock. News Release: BOISE, Idaho - Ausencio Gonzalez Tovar, 48, a Mexican national living in Star, Idaho, was sentenced on Feb. 10, 2014, to 188 months in prison followed by five years of supervised release for possession with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of methamphetamine. Tovar was also ordered to forfeit $100,000 in proceeds derived from the drug trafficking offense and $18,400 in seized currency. He will be deported to Mexico after serving his prison sentence.
