News Release: POCATELLO - U.S. Attorney Wendy J. Olson announced today Juan Carlos Garcia, 36, of Idaho Falls, Idaho, was sentenced today to 30 years in prison for conspiracy to distribute 50 grams or more of actual methamphetamine. Chief U.S. District Judge B. Lynn Winmill also ordered Garcia to serve 10 years of supervised release and pay a $3,000 fine. He pleaded guilty to the charge on Aug. 12, 2013.


Rochester Man Sentenced for Fraud & Money Laundering
