St. Paul Felon Sentenced For Possession Of A Firearm

News Release: MINNEAPOLIS - Yesterday in federal court, a 26-year-old felon from St. Paul was sentenced for possessing a nine-millimeter semi-automatic handgun. United States District Court Judge Patrick J. Schiltz sentenced Gary James Rolfer, Jr. to 63 months in federal prison, followed by three years of supervised release, for one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm. Rolfer was indicted on August 5, 2013, and pleaded guilty on Oct. 3, 2013.
