Beckley Man Pleads Guilty To Selling Heroin

News Release: BECKLEY, W.Va. - United States Attorney Booth Goodwin announced today that Timothy Peck, 41, of Beckley, West Virginia, plead guilty in federal court in Beckley to distributing heroin. Peck admitted that in January of 2014, he sold heroin to a person who was cooperating with law enforcement authorities. The drug deal took place on Pardee Lane in Stanaford, West Virginia.
