News Release: Tampa, FL - U.S. District Judge Mary Scriven today sentenced Air Force Staff Sergeant Timothy Ray Oliver, II (36, Tampa) to 10 years in federal prison, to be followed by 10 years of supervised release, for attempting to entice a minor to engage in sex acts. The Court also ordered him to forfeit the computers and phone he had used while committing the offense. Oliver pleaded guilty on June 12, 2014.
