News Release: Tampa, Florida - U.S. District Judge James Moody today sentenced Aaron Edwin Remaley (39, Riverview) to 10 years and 1 month in federal prison for conspiring to distribute and possessing with intent to distribute 100 kilograms or more of marijuana. As part of his sentence, the Court also entered a money judgment in the amount of $284,250, representing part of the proceeds of the charged criminal conduct.
