Dimitrouleas, to forty-one months imprisonment, to be followed by five years of supervised release for executing a $4 million dollar bank fraud scheme. Gaspar was also ordered to pay $4,488,000 in restitution. In addition, the Court imposed a $4 million forfeiture money judgment against Gaspar.
