Buffalo Man Sentenced for Possession of Child Pornography

News Release: Assistant U.S. Attorney Scott S. Allen, Jr., who handled the case, stated that on Nov. 13, 2013, law enforcement officers searched the defendant’s residence on Chippewa St. in Buffalo. Officers recovered a laptop computer being used by Marlnee. A subsequent forensic examination determined that the computer contained 952 images of child pornography. Some of the images depicted children under the age of 12 years old. Some of the images also contained depictions of violence.
