News Release: Earlier today, in federal court in Brooklyn, Fausto Bonifaz was sentenced to 151 months’ imprisonment, to be followed by 20 years of supervised release, for coercing and enticing three minors, ages 12 and 13, to engage in sexual activity. As part of the sentence, the defendant will be required to register as a sex offender. Bonifaz pled guilty in March 2015.

Former Telemarketing Manager Sentenced To Federal Prison

News Release: Orlando, Florida - Senior U.S. District Judge John Antoon, II has sentenced Tammie Lynn Cline (33, Leominster, MA) to two years and six months in federal prison for her role in the operation of a boiler room. She also was ordered to pay more than $1.2 million in restitution to her victims. Cline pleaded guilty on July 17, 2015.
