Montana Man Sentenced to 84 Months for Unlawful Gun Possession

News Release: POCATELLO - Frank Lewis White, 55, of Great Falls, Montana, was sentenced today to 84 months in prison followed by three years of supervised release for unlawful gun possession, U.S. Attorney Wendy J. Olson announced. Chief U.S. District Judge B. Lynn Winmill also ordered White to forfeit his interest in the firearm. White was convicted by a federal jury on Aug. 12, 2015.
