Brown of the Southern District of Alabama announced that Thomas Jefferson Bentley, IV, 34, of Mobile, was sentenced today in federal court on charges involving his participation in conspiracies to manufacture methamphetamine and to possess a Schedule I chemical, pseudoephedrine, with knowledge it would be used to manufacture a controlled substance. Bentley pled guilty to the two charges in December of 2014.
