News Release: COUNCIL BLUFFS, IA - On Sept. 14, 2015, Tyler Lewis Gunderson, a 25 year-old resident of Pottawattamie County, Iowa, was sentenced by Senior United States District Court Judge Robert Pratt, to 60 months in prison on the charge of interstate travel with intent to engage in a sexual act with a juvenile, announced United States Attorney Nicholas A. Klinefeldt. Gunderson was also ordered to serve ten years of supervised release following the period of imprisonment.
