Ontario Oregon Felon Sentenced to 60 Months for Possessing a Firearm

News Release: EUGENE, Ore. - On April 19, 2016, Clemente Pineda, 28, of Ontario, Oregon, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Ann Aiken to 60 months in federal prison for unlawful possession of a firearm. Upon his release from prison, Pineda will be on supervised release for three years.
