News Release: BOISE - Martin Daniel Atkins, 32, of Boise, Idaho, was sentenced today in United States District Court to 36 months in prison followed by five years of supervised release, for failing to register as a sex offender, and violating the terms of his supervised release, U.S. Attorney Wendy J.
