Cummings to 293 months in federal prison, following his guilty plea in March 2016 to an information charging him with one count of accessing with intent to view child pornography, and one count of transportation of child pornography, announced U.S. Attorney John Parker of the Northern District of Texas. Glass had been in federal custody since February 2016.
