Minerva man indicted for transporting girl across state lines to engage in illicit sexual conduct

Tepiew (age: 28) of the Menominee Indian Reservation was sentenced this morning to federal prison by Chief United States District Judge William C. Griesbach. Tepiew previously entered a guilty plea for an assault on her minor child which resulted in serious bodily injury contrary to Title 18, United States Code, Sections 113(a)(6) and 1153.
