New Plymouth Man Sentenced to 57 Months in Prison for Unlawful Possession of Firearms

News Release: BOISE -- Delbert Rundell, 63, of New Plymouth, Idaho, was sentenced yesterday in United States District Court to 57 months in prison and three years of supervised release for possession of firearms by an unlawful user of controlled substances, U.S. Attorney Wendy J. Olson announced. Chief U.S. District Judge B. Lynn Winmill also ordered Rundell to forfeit $21,580 in drug proceeds, 33 firearms, and approximately 28,000 rounds of ammunition. He pleaded guilty on March 21, 2016.
