Easton Man Charged With Possessing Destructive Devices

News Release: PHILADELPHIA - Donald Frey, 31, of Easton, Pennsylvania, was charged yesterday by Indictment with one count of possession of destructive devices, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger and Northampton County District Attorney John M.
