News Release: BOISE - Cody Nigel Seitz, 28, of Caldwell, Idaho, was sentenced yesterday in United States District Court to 87 months in prison for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine, U.S. Attorney Wendy J. Olson announced. Senior U.S. District Judge Edward J. Lodge also ordered Seitz to serve four years of supervised release and to forfeit $7,600 in drug proceeds. Seitz pleaded guilty on January 5, 2016.
