Ocoee Man Found Guilty Of Using Toddler To Produce Child Pornography

News Release: Orlando, Florida - United States Attorney A. Lee Bentley, III announces that a federal jury today found Timothy Michael Sedlak (42, Ocoee) guilty of two counts of using a minor to produce child pornography and one count of possessing child pornography. He faces a maximum penalty of 30 years in federal prison on each production count and up to 10 years’ imprisonment on the possession count. The sentencing hearing has not yet been set. Sedlak was indicted on December 9, 2015.
