Cogburn, Jr. sentenced Patrick Emanuel Sutherland, 48, of Charlotte, to 33 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release, for filing false tax returns and obstructing a federal grand jury investigation, announced Jill Westmoreland Rose, U.S. Attorney for the Western District of North Carolina.
