Putnam County man sentenced to 10 years in federal prison for possessing child pornography

News Release: HUNTINGTON, W.Va. - A Putnam County man was sentenced today to 10 years in federal prison for a child pornography crime, announced United States Attorney Carol Casto. Scott Allen Forloine II, 36, of Scott Depot, previously pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography.
