Cushing Man Sentenced to One Month for Illegally Possessing Firearms

News Release: Portland, Maine: Acting United States Attorney Richard W. Murphy announced that Joseph Dinapoli, 28, of Cushing, Maine, was sentenced today in U.S. District Court by Judge George Z. Singal to 30 days in prison and three years of supervised release for possessing firearms after being convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence. He pled guilty on Aug. 22, 2016.
