News Release: Patrick Amen, 31, was sentenced in federal court Monday in Omaha, Nebraska, for receiving child pornography. Chief Judge Laurie Smith Camp sentenced Amen to 72 months’ imprisonment. There is no parole in the federal system. After his release from prison, amen will begin a five-year term of supervised release. He must also register as a sex offender.
