News Release: This morning, recovery efforts took place for a man who fell approximately 50 feet yesterday afternoon Sept. 30, while technical climbing on the Batman and Robin route on Batman Pinnacle in the Lumpy Ridge area of Rocky Mountain National Park. Bystanders performed Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) until rangers arrived. They performed additional Advanced Life Support and the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
