Winnebago Man Sentenced to 30 Months for Failing to Register as a Sex Offender

News Release: Acting U.S. Attorney Robert C. Stuart announced Tuesday that Duane L. Levering, 32, of Winnebago was sentenced in federal court in Omaha, Nebraska, for failing to register as a sex offender. The Honorable John M. Gerrard, United States District Court Judge, sentenced Levering to 30 months’ imprisonment. After his release from prison, Levering will serve a five-year term of supervised release.
