Muskogee Man Pleads Guilty To Methamphetamine Distribution

News Release: MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA - The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that MATTHEW DYLAN ERNST, age 24, of Muskogee, Oklahoma, pled guilty to DISTRIBUTION OF METHAMPHETAMINE, in violation of Title 21, United States Code, Sections 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1)(A), punishable by not less than 10 years imprisonment, and up to a $10,000,000.00 fine or both.
