Former Winnebago Tribal Vice Chairman Sentenced for Theft from an Indian Gaming Establishment

News Release: Acting United States Attorney Robert C. Stuart announced today that on January 8, 2018, Chief United States District Court Judge Laurie Smith Camp sentenced Darwin Snyder, age 50, of Winnebago, Nebraska for his conviction for theft from an Indian gaming establishment. Snyder was sentenced to five years of probation and 150 hours of community service. He was further ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $36,500.
