Omaha Banker Sentenced for Misapplication of Bank Funds

News Release: Acting United States Attorney Robert C. Stuart announced today that on January 8, 2018, Chief United States District Court Judge Laurie Smith Camp sentenced Keith McCormick, age 60, of Omaha, Nebraska for his conviction for misapplication of bank funds. McCormick was sentenced to a term of supervised release of three years and was ordered to pay restitution of $122,000 to Security National Bank.
