Evans announced that MICHAEL PENN, age 41, of Tickfaw, was sentenced on June 13 by United States District Court Judge Susie Morgan to a term of imprisonment 72 months for violating a federal drug law, conspiracy to distribute and possession with the intent to distribute heroin.
