Conrad, Jr. sentenced Richard Wyatt Davis, Jr. 41, formerly of Cornelius, N.C., to 90 months in prison and two years of supervised release for securities fraud and tax evasion, announced the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of North Carolina.
