Repeat Offender Sentenced to 59 Months for Gun Crime

News Release: MADISON, WIS. - Scott C. Blader, United States Attorney for the Western District of Wisconsin, announced that Quentin Scott, 30, Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, was sentenced on Sept. 13, 2018, by U.S. District Judge James Peterson to 59 months in prison for being a felon in possession of firearms. Scott pleaded guilty to this charge on July 3, 2018.


U.S. Attorney Announces the Indictment of 11 Former FedEx Express Employees and Two Former Contractors for the U.S. Postal Service on Federal Mail Theft Charges

News Release: Memphis, TN - On Sept. 11, 2018, a federal grand jury indicted 11 former FedEx Express employees and two former contractors for the U.S. Postal Service on federal mail theft charges. D. News Release: An indictment was unsealed today in federal court in Central Islip charging chiropractor Raymond R. Pellegrino with health care fraud. The indictment alleges that Pellegrino billed Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield over $2 million for health care services that were never performed. Pellegrino was arrested today in Texas, and will be arraigned at a later date in the Eastern District of New York.
