Tobar, age 44, of Omaha, Nebraska, was found guilty on Dec. 18, 2019, following a two-day trial in federal court in Omaha for Attempted Coercion and Enticement of a Minor. The Honorable Robert F. Rossiter, Jr. scheduled Tobar’s sentencing for March 13, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. Tobar is facing a mandatory minimum of 10 years’ imprisonment and up to life imprisonment for this conviction.
