Davis has sentenced James Lester Calloway, Jr. (49, Jacksonville) to 24 years in federal prison for conspiracy to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine. Calloway had pleaded guilty on Sept. 12, 2018, his third federal felony conviction. Calloway was previously convicted in August 2010, in the Middle District of Florida, for conspiracy to manufacture 50 grams or more of methamphetamine.
