Harrison County Man Sentenced for Methamphetamine Offense

News Release: COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa - United States Attorney Marc Krickbaum announced on March 6, 2019, Randy Allen Gray, Jr., age 40, was sentenced by United States Senior District Court Judge Robert W.
