'Fugitive of the Week' Featured in March Surrenders

News Release: Concord, NH - “Fugitive of the Week," Stacy Brasley, 28, heard that she was the “Fugitive of the Week," and eventually did the right thing by turning herself in to the Manchester Police Department this morning. Brasley was picked up by the United States Marshals Service at the Manchester Police Department and was brought to the Federal Court House in Concord where she was processed. Brasley will see the Court later this morning where she will be arraigned on her charges.

News Release: Columbia, South Carolina ---- United States Attorney Sherri A. Lydon announced today that Richard Earl Jeffcoat, age 52, of Pelion, was sentenced to six months in federal prison and six months of home confinement after pleading guilty to Conspiring to Commit Bank Fraud. Senior United States District Court Judge Terry L. Wooten of Columbia imposed the sentence and ordered Jeffcoat to pay over $45,000 in restitution to the victim, Arthur State Bank.

News Release: Baltimore, Maryland - Kevin B. Merrill, age 53, of Towson, Maryland, pleaded guilty today to conspiracy and wire fraud arising from a $550 million investment fraud scheme that operated from 2013 through September 2018. Co-defendant Cameron R. Jezierski, age 28, of Fort Worth, Texas, previously pleaded guilty to his role in the scheme. Moses Lake man sentenced to over 12 years in federal prison for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine

News Release: SPOKANE, Wash. - Loren John Jay Meade, age 32, of Moses Lake, Washington, was sentenced today after having pleaded guilty on Oct. 2, 2018, to conspiracy to distribute 50 or more grams of actual methamphetamine. Chief United States District Judge Thomas O. Rice sentenced Meade to a 12 year and four month term of imprisonment, to be followed by a five-year term of court supervision after he is released from federal prison.
