News Release: OCALA, Fla., - A federal jury has found Kevin Gene Hart 31, Ocala guilty of conspiracy to distribute five kilograms or more of cocaine, one kilogram or more of heroin, and 400 grams or more of fentanyl. He faces a minimum mandatory penalty of 15 years, up to life, in federal prison. A sentencing hearing has been scheduled for Jan. 28, 2020. Hart was indicted on March 27, 2019.
