Kennedy, Jr., announced today that Phousavath Luangrath, 30, of Buffalo, NY, who was convicted of misprision of a felony, was sentenced to serve one year probation by U.S. District Judge Lawrence J. Vilardo. The defendant was also ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $572.20.

Geraci, Jr. The charge carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
