Denver, N.C. Man Is Sentenced To Four And A Half Years In Prison For Defrauding His Former Employer Of More than $4 Million

News Release: CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Michael Guzman, 43, of Denver, N.C., was sentenced today to 54 months in prison and two years of supervised release for defrauding his former employer of more than $4 million, announced William T. Stetzer, Acting U.S. Attorney for the Western District of North Carolina. U.S. District Judge Kenneth D. Bell also ordered Guzman to pay $4.1 million in restitution.
