News Release: HARRISBURG - The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced that on March 12, 2021, Eliseo Sierra, age 43, of Stuart, Florida, was sentenced to five years of probation, by U.S. District Court Judge Jennifer P. Wilson, for federal program theft. Judge Wilson also ordered Sierra to pay $61,337.09 in restitution.

Career Criminal Convicted In Connection  With Fort Myers Night Club Shooting

News Release: Fort Myers, FL - A federal jury has found Jonathan Anthony Reid (31, Gibsonton) guilty of possessing a firearm and ammunition as a previously convicted felon, in connection with the shooting of two men outside a Fort Myers night club in January 2020. Under the Armed Career Criminal Act, Reid faces a mandatory minimum of 15 years, and up to life, in federal prison. His sentencing hearing is scheduled for June 14, 2021.
