East Stroudsburg Financial Planner Sentenced To 17½ Years Of Imprisonment For Scheme To Defraud His Clients

News Release: SCRANTON - The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced today that Anthony Diaz, age 52, formerly of East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, was sentenced to 210 months’ imprisonment and three years of supervised release by United States District Court Judge Malachy E. Mannion for wire fraud and mail fraud offenses. He was taken into custody immediately after the sentencing to begin serving the term of imprisonment.
