News Release: Acting United States Attorney Jan Sharp announced that Brian A. Mohr, 38, of Grand Island, Nebraska, was sentenced today in Lincoln by Chief United States District Judge John M. Gerrard for possession of child pornography. Mohr was sentenced to 76 months in prison and then begin a seven-year term of supervised release. There is no parole in the federal system. Mohr will also be required to register as a sex offender. Mohr was also ordered to pay $8,600 in special assessments.
