Taos Pueblo man indicted for aggravated sexual assault

News Release: ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - Alexander M.M. Uballez, United States Attorney for the District of New Mexico, and Raul Bujanda, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI Albuquerque Field Office, announced that Amadius Archuleta was arraigned on Aug. 18 on an indictment charging him with aggravated sexual assault in Indian Country. Archuleta, 22, of Taos Pueblo, New Mexico, will remain on conditions of release pending trial, which has not been scheduled.
