Federal Inmate Charged With Possession Of A Weapon

News Release: WILLIAMSPORT - The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced that Rigoberto Garay-Lopez, age 34, an inmate at the Federal Correctional Institution, Allenwood (FCI Allenwood), was indicted on Feb. 10, 2022, by a federal grand jury for possessing a weapon in prison.
