Johnson of the Northern District of Indiana announced that Ricky Shultz, 51, of De Motte, Indiana, was sentenced by U.S. District Court Chief Judge Jon E. DeGuilio on his plea of guilty to possessing with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine and being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm.

News Release: COUNCIL BLUFFS, IA - Jeffrey M. Carley, age 53, formerly of Treynor, was sentenced Tuesday, March 22, 2022, to five years in prison. Following his prison term, Carley will serve three years of supervised release. He was also ordered to pay $1,364,163.02 in restitution to the victims. Carley pleaded guilty to Wire Fraud on Oct. 22, 2021.
