News Release: Acting United States Attorney Steven Russell announced that Zakk L. Biggs, 32, of Omaha, Nebraska, was sentenced today in federal court in Omaha by Chief United States Judge Robert F. Rossiter, Jr., for possession with intent to distribute 40 grams or more fentanyl. Biggs received a sentence of 68 months’ imprisonment with a four-year term of supervised release to follow.
