Release: Washington - The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) is announcing the purchase of diagnostic test kits for the National Animal Vaccine and Veterinary Countermeasures Bank (NAVVCB).
